Supporting Our Medical Community Through the COVID-19 Pandemic

As the global situation regarding COVID-19 and our national response continues to evolve, we would like to assure our customers that Enplas Life Tech is taking every measure to keep our operations and our employees safe. We are following the CDC’s recommendations for healthy and safe workplaces.

We believe it’s our mission to support the fight against COVID-19 in a productive way, and we continue to operate at full capacity. We’re committed to serving our medical community during this difficult time. That’s why we are providing cleanroom plastic manufacturing services for diagnostic consumables used in the COVID-19 response.

Enplas Life Tech offers the following services to support the production of your critical plastic components:

  • Engineering/DFM, including material selection support to have your design optimized for mass production
  • Mold design and mold building: minimum 2-3 weeks for mold build and queue (please inquire for current queue)
  • ISO class 7 cleanroom injection molding (including thermoplastic elastomers, TPE)
  • ISO class 7 cleanroom assembly
  • Quality assurance, including process validation to ensure efficient manufacturing of your parts with the highest quality
  • We accept tool transfers to our site on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire for details.
  • We have sister production sites around the globe, both with and without cleanrooms.

Our Company’s Response to COVID-19

As COVID-19 continues to spread around the world, “business as usual” seems to be redefined every day. Enplas Life Tech continues to operate with your best interests in mind as we collectively work through this difficult time.

Our inventories continue to be well-stocked. For the foreseeable future, we do not expect any major supply disruptions. During this time, we are committed to serving our valued clients, and our physical and online sites remain operational. In addition, we have developed a plan for maintaining operations in the event portions of our staff are unable to work either due to illness or childcare needs. We also have our employees’ best interests in mind. We recognize that we have a responsibility during this time to support the fight against COVID-19. To that end, Enplas Life Tech’s leadership is following the latest recommendations from the CDC to ensure the safest work environment possible. We have drafted and implemented a workplace health and safety plan. Enplas Life Tech employees have adopted social distancing habits and reduced large public gatherings in our workplaces. We will continue to care for our employees and their families, and any changes to our operations will not change our commitment to them.
